Do you watch documentaries on lions? If yes, then you must have seen that they dominate their territory and are apex predators.
Lions are among the strongest swine in the world, and no one dares to confront or challenge them. They are called’ rulers’ because they have a touch of royalty in everything they do .
From eating habits where 20 -2 5 royal members dine at the same to subjugating immense districts.
A lion ever has a bold posture and lives like a true-blue ruler.
Life of Lions
But their life is full of hazards and questions. There is less room for faults, as one mistake may manufacture them lose their life, reign, or offspring.
Also, hunting is not an easy assignment; their success rate is only 17 -1 9 percentage. Compared to human being their difficulties are bigger since they are never get a second opportunity.
Lions Have Evergreen Motivations
But, have you ever seen a depressed lion or one who wants to give up? They ever struggle to hunt and regulate properties, but they never cease.
Sometimes they failed to meet hunting a zebra, a gazelle, and a wildebeest. But do they give up? No. They try hard and succeed in hunting.
Survival String

Lion Teaches Us Motivation
So, what motivates them to not surrender to the stern life? The refute is survival. The only thing that keeps them moving is existence.
Many lions lose their reign, children, and rulers to other lions, but they never give up on life. Let’s learn motivation by lions.
Here are six life lessons learned in the prince of the jungle:
https :// addicted2success. com/ wp-content/ uploads/ 2018/02/ 6-Lessons-You-Can-Learn-from-The-King-of-the-Jungle. mp4
Lear Motivations by Lions-Lesson 1. Your goal is the only way to survive

Motivation by Lions Lesson-1
Set a life goal and work hard to achieve it; consider that there are no alternatives. As lions are born to hunt and regulation; acknowledge that you are born to accomplish your life goal.
Consider your purpose and work as a source of reason. They will preserve you going through good and bad times because renown is temporary, but piece gratification and appreciation of achievement are permanent.
Lesson 2. Fail and derive

Motivation by Lions Lesson-2
Lions flunk eight out of ten epochs in the chase, but this moves them fine-tune their skills; thus, they can catch bigger prey to feed their family.
Likewise, we should also embrace our failings and derive each time we face them.
We must study and analyze our collapses and make sure to not repeat them. As Jack Ma has rightly said,” If the guy exclusively checks himself, yeah, something wrong with me here, something wrong with me there.
Then, this guy has hope .” Likewise, we must follow this law of nature:’ Evolve and survive’ to achieve success in life.
” Everyone wants to eat, but few are willing to hunt .”
Lesson 3. Focus is crucial

Motivation by Lions Lesson-3
When lions go on a hunt, they make less noise and focus on the prey. They ever have an element of surprise and obstruct everything low to make their raid successful.
Now imagine, if a lion represents racket, will they be able to hunt? The react is no! So, what do we learn? Too much talking makes us lose focus.
Don’t tell everyone about your goals and “what you’re doing”, keep it low-grade and totally places great importance on your aim .
Lesson 4. Always trust one another

Motivation by Lions Lesson-4
A pride of lions always back each other in good and bad times. Rather in tough phases as an individual they contribute more to the survival of the pride.
We were necessary to learn that strength is in the parcel. It’s necessary to not smash each other’s rely for a short-term gain. Also, we must support each other in overcoming tough problems and situations.
Lesson 5. Survival is everything

Motivation by Lions Lesson-5
Lions don’t damage anyone without any intellect. But, when someone tries to mar their territory, life, and family, they leave no stone unturned in give a tough combat.
Likewise, we should concentrate on our own betterment. Nonetheless, if someone is trying to ruin our vocation or life, then instead of getting disillusioned we should fight back and overcome such smotherers.
” The world is a jungle. You either battle and dominate or disguise and vaporize .”
Lesson 6. Have fun in life

Motivation by Lions Lesson-6
Lions go through a coarse life filled with everyday challenges. But they don’t let them devastate their everyday moments.
They always enjoy every minute with their dignity members. They play with each other and take care of everyone.
You should also make sure to relish each instant of their own lives. Leave your stress and annoys in your workplace, and when you are at home, relish the time with your family.
Takeouts:

Motivation from Lions
Lions educate us to dominate problems in living and live like a genuine win. As someone has rightly said,” If size actually mattered, the elephant would be king of the jungle .”
Similarly, every animal’s life is full of fight, and we can learn a lot from them to become successful and prosperous in our own lives. So next time you watch a documentary on lions, try to learn from them.

Last Friday was a bad period for me. I woke up late, missed the gym, and didn’t meditate.
None of this was intentional.
I then turned my computer on to do what I do every day: blog. I was not prepared for the whirlwind that followed.

My Reaction on Social Media
As I opened up my social media canals, there were a lot more than usual, direct themes.
I started reading each one and they were from peers and friends who wanted to warn me that I had a large amount of hate-fuelled statements on social media.
I’m typically pretty good at dealing with hate comments.
Not on that day, though — I was having a ‘ bad day.’

I turned off the computer and didn’t respond to anybody.
In the same week, I’d is to say I was now a LinkedIn Top Voice for 2018.
My Squad at Work
I should have been celebrating and I didn’t because I didn’t feel deserving.
If anything, I wanted to give up there and then.
Luckily I didn’t follow through with any of these ideas.
I knew it was just sound in my nasty day.

I went away to sit on the couch and think about what I’d only read.
Without certainly thinking about what I was going to do for the rest of the day, I began to be considered my squad at work.
Coping with Challenges

There were several leader challenges that I had to solve.
One was from a client that was being abusive to female personnel.
Another was a rejection I had to deliver to someone that wanted to work with us.
The hardest division about delivering the rejection was that I’d already said yes.
Despite the working day being bad, I made a fundamental decision — to keep doing what I do and not stop.
I told to myself “How can I invigorate parties while simultaneously solving both these challenges? ”
I’m a big believer that it’s not what you say that matters; it’s what you do.
Talk is cheap.

I was put forward by a daring plan to address both challenges.
I was going to do something that stimulated me to insure the good in the people involved.
Even if the people in both situations had let me down, I was going to assume they were still good.
I devised a plan to help both beings and try and show them a more positive way to move forward.
If I break down the hope, it was about being a muse in both situations.
I didn’t feel like being inspiring. It was not the day to be inspiring.
But it was the only way I could motivate myself to finish off this bad day and wake up the next morning fresh.
A Night’s Sleep to Cope a Bad Day

It’s funny how a good night’s sleep takes away all the pain and negativity from the day before.
So, by the end of the working day, I enabled both proposals.
I set out to release inspiration in both scenarios and that was my only center.
I didn’t look at any more hate-fuelled mentions or travel near social media.
Don’t Give It Up

On that bad period last Friday, my actions helped me keep moving forward and not give up.
It’s not about necessarily investigating the very best in your bad day.
I’ve read this sort of advice heaps, but it requires a lot of willpower.
“Using your the measures in place to realize the working day better rather than trying to think your way out of your bad daytime seems to be a lot easier to implement”
It’s not about the bad epoch.
Bad days will happen.

It’s what you do on a bad epoch that determines if you’ll feel the full effect of all the negativity that can potentially knock you out like a Tsunami that comes to your access when all wishes to do was lay on the beach and soak up some sun.
I’ve learned to find places during daylight that’s not working out well for me, to do something good, and often that’s not something that advantages me.

If I was to look at it another way it would be “How do I not focus on my own bad epoch? ”
Trying to shape someone else’s day good disconcerts you from your own bad day.

Someone invited on the internet how they can make their country better. They considered themselves regular and felt that they had to be someone special to make a difference in their country, India.

Their question made “I’m feeling” a little bit feeling because I can relevant. I extremely have been previously dreamt of making my country better.
The most common answer to this question is to get involved in politics.
Many of you reading this find politics really boring including me.
I’ve learned during my own experience that politics is not the only route you can impel your country better.
Here’s how you can form your country better:
Use Your Voice
When I was faced with the question “How do I shape my country better? ”
I decided to use my voice.
It was this decision that changed everything. I devoted every day to exerting my expression to stand for something.
I wanted to inspire countries around the world through entrepreneurship and personal development.
So, I started using my articulation by affixing on LinkedIn.

I use my expres and taped them into names to tell the citizens of my own country what I think they needed to hear.
Using your tone is incredibly scary at first.
As soon as you start sharing your thoughts, countless beings will say nothing.
You’ll get almost no feedback.
As your utter starts to come louder over time (possibly years) the opposite will happen and you’ll attract trolls and critics.
The hardest persona about exercising your singer is having the mettle every day to use it and not being haunted with the outcome.
By using my voice online through blogging and LinkedIn, I managed to get a 35,000 party bank to start talking about my ideas with staff members and customers, and I was elected LinkedIn Australia’s Top Voice that year.
Using the ability of your enunciate is the number one highway you can change your country.
It’s in your experiences, new ideas, and meditates that you can find what it is that can help your country.
In my country, Australia, we are quite well off, but we still need a positive mindset.

Some of us workplaces we dislike and we like happenings that exclusively coin can buy.
There’s a competition to get the biggest mansion or the most expensive car.
It’s not a number of problems everyone in Australia suffers from, but it’s widespread.
I conceive by exerting my own tone to provoke parties to seek alternatives, I can change my country.
The outcomes thus far suggest I’m well on the way to changing my country.
Be kind
Changing your own country seems like a huge enterprise. It sounds like something only a Nelson Mandela sort of fella can achieve. That’s not true.
A simple-minded understanding of the strength of kindness can change your country.
There was this guy I read about online that changed his country by paying out free hugs because he couldn’t run in the regional marathon.
He embraced his nature quality and terminated up affecting millions of people in his country.
Being kind is infectious because we’re called to do it.

When we attend one person be genu, we want to do the same.
The problem in my country( and many others) is that we’ve relinquished kindness for greed.
We’ve let our country’s economy become the most important factor instead of measuring the highway we treat people and the ability of a country’s nation to overcome catastrophe together.
Kindness is so important because each of our home countries will face trouble, and kindness is the solution to that inescapable problem.
Pick up the junk

This one seems even smaller in impact. It’s not.
I found that by picking up the rubbish I realize in places like my apartment foyer, I was able to show myself that I care about my country.
When we care about our country, we choose to make it look beautiful so others can enjoy it.
Something simple like picking up the trash can take you a long way towards helping your country.
Every country has an environmental problem and picking up rubbish can help solve it.
If we all picked up one case of scrap, then each of our country’s would be a blaze of a good deal cleaner.
Don’t think you can’t construct your own country better
A lot of what I’ve learned, by trying to manufacture my own country better, has come from the ideology that I can have an impact.
There are so many people who want to do nothing more than complain which wastes occasion and vigor and doesn’t make anyone’s country better.
The way you make your country better is by conceiving you can and taking one or two small actions to start the process.

The beings that change their own countries believe they can.

I’m sitting here on a Saturday afternoon “I’ve been thinking about” my next business move. The committee is two companies I’m in love with and I’ve just had a spark of inspiration.

I’m dealing with a recruiter who knows both of them.
Instead of waiting until Monday morning to send him an observation about my feeling for these two companies, I ruled f* ck it; I’m going to embrace the passion I have right now.
Delaying moments of greatness is selling yourself short.
Expressing ardor is fantastically powerful.
Rather than write these words and not follow them myself, I decided to write a letter to the recruiter.
I told him “Person X certainly has chocolate with me.”
I laid out the ten reasons why I can transform their business and relation it back to my anger (blogging).
I purposed the email with “Can you feel my fury and energy?”
How bad is it you people want it?
In these times of excitement, you have to ask yourself “How bad do you want it ?”
Are you going to sit on your ass and do nothing or are you going to create an opening?
My career is down the lavatory and simply I can correct these new challenges.
Blaming, screaming, and complaining will not fix the questions.
The feeling of the current instant that I get now and then will.
The same is true life for you.
If you crave something, you have to not only implement but hand passion too.
Think clearly about who can help you and then start the connection.

Don’t be selfish either.
Passion is great but if you use it to fulfill your own greedy desires, then you’ll likewise flunk.
In my email, to the recruiter, I told him to tell the two prospective firms that I will give them my advisory opinions and approach for free even if they don’t have chosen to hire me.
I positioned it all on the line and backed up my land claims and predicts with evidence.
“Coming from a situate of humbleness and being open to affording trash apart free of charge is how you show people you care”
Combine this hacker with fervor, and you have a potent cocktail of whoop-ass that can help you reach your goals- mine is changing my career.
People are attracted to your heat and it’s what exchanges.
Every entrepreneur I have met who has nailed a tar has utilized heat .~ ATAGEND They’ve prepared the public feel instead of trying to inform them.
We make decisions based on sentiment, not logic (you know this already) and so when you use excitement, you speak to the one thing they’re looking for but are never going to tell you: emotion.
When I feel someone’s infatuation, I get goosebumps down my prickle and I almost always say yes when this happens.
Let’s add fear.
When you lay it all on the line, you’ll often get an abrupt dosage of nervousness.
This fear can be combined with a passion to achieve almost any decision.
For pattern, when I do public speaking, I’m almost always a bit restless.
Fear cures give me vitality and then I use passion to deliver my message.
By working mainly passion to speak in front of an gathering , I don’t need to think too much about memoes because my feelings( like social media) are engrained in my memory.
Fear is like a strong dosage of coffee for me and it manufactures me alert to the audiences needs and the practice they feel.
The single biggest spoof.
If you’re having a moment of fondness like I merely did, then it was necessary to use it.
“Times of fervor is often must be accompanied by penetrating commonwealths of “flow” and so you can deliver big-hearted upshots during this time without too much effort”
Moments of fury should never be ignored.
Stop everything when you get one and use audio, video, or words to captivate the letter.
I’ve recently suffered a few issues with storage thanks to my evil friend mercury which has been discovered in my blood at very high levels.
Because my memory sucks, I’ve been forced to write acts down and take action right away otherwise I forget whatever it is that I was going to do.
This may seem like a weakness- not for long as I’m scavenging out the mercury right now- but it’s actually one of my superpowers.
A trigger for a moment of joy is when you get pissed off.
For specimen, if you go to the supermarket today and you’re pissed off by all the products that are loaded with carbohydrates, use your passion to do something about it or captivate your thoughts.
Many people find me inspiring and I believe that’s because I capture resentment, bottle it up, and deliver it to your telephone or computer via blog poles.
All I am certainly doing is captivating moments of ardor.
I’m looking for concepts in my internal and external world that will help you.
The number one thing I’m trying to do is use my passion to help you taken any steps.
I want you to execute above everything else on your large-scale goals.
Finally,
I have no idea whether this email to the recruiter will work.
Perhaps he will read it and think “Geez this Tim guy is so lame.
Who’d write such a ridiculous email and actually hit send?”
The thing is I don’t care and you shouldn’t either.
Some people are going to get your heat and others are going to think you’re nuts.
The ones that think you’re nuts “ve never been” going to help you regardless so all you have done is self-select the peoples of the territories that CAN help.
I’m over attending what parties review and I’m never going to hide my indignation.
I obscure my spirit for years and that got me nowhere. Start swaying the axe at the tree and don’t worry if you miss.
Fingers spanned that this email alters otherwise at least I’ve got a cool story to tell, right?
Hell yeah, amigo!
Embrace your fervor right now!

I suck at spreadsheets.
I suction at maths because multitudes do my honcho in.
I suck at listening gathers because I just crave action.
You will suck at your first blog affix.
You will suck at your first startup, and the one after that, and so on.
You will suck at giving your first speech.

None of us is 100% motivated all the time.
None of us get anything right the first time- unless it’s a fluke.
We all have hallucinations of our downfalls.
We all privately want to be perfect- even me.
It’s time to embrace the suction.
A lot about life F* cking suctions hard.
My # EmbraceTheSuck story (thanks to Sina Fak for the idea) was flunking at high school and removing out.
After a break-dance, I went back and finished high school, and the only subjects I excelled at were music and English.
Even though the principal “ve told me” I’d always has become a no-good, punk a $$, drop by the wayside, I proved him wrong.

I expanded my knowledge in English to become a blogger and that’s why I’m writing these terms to you right now.
I failed in the short term, but continuing at the academy, eventually preceded me to right now.
I could have done nothing and become a slacker.
I could have listened to my principal and agreed with him.
I am aware of the fact that I was destined to do something large-hearted and I believe the movement I’m making right now is part of my crazy goal to change the world.
All of us can succeed where reference is hug the suck and persevere.
” We can listen to our commentators or we can removing the middle finger at them and keep going“
Making it through the suck drew me smarter, more courageous and it helped me build a newfound resilience.

How do we adopt the suck?
- Be quite prepared to miscarry.
- Look like a geek.
- Be willing to start at the bottom
- Persevere
- Challenge the critics
When everything suctions, get back up.
Have two seconds proceed even if there’s no reason too.
Back yourself and believe you can push through the suck.

Hugged the suck is a call to action.
It’s about being prepared to eat sh* t because the upside performs it worth it.
It’s about doing what so many are not prepared to do because you believe in yourself.
It’s about taking action and implementing instead of has become a daydreamer and being stuck in the foreplay of themes, illusions, goals that never happen.
Starting at the bottom and sucking harder is how you get to the top.
Once you arrive at the top, make sure you cure other people who are cuddling the suck.

Let’s all commit to doing more occasions that suck and being okay with it.
Let’s challenge each other to be courageous.
If I can go from being a high school dropout to starting something of myself, then why the heck can’t you?
Embrace the suck because that’s what the people you idolize and anyone you’ve ever looked up to did.
Embracing the suction is part of life.
“Hello, catastrophe. Come at me! ”
One period you’ll look back on all the sucky times and be proud.
That’s the cherry-red on top of the cake right there.
That is all the motivation you need to embrace the suck.

Right now, I’m not feeling that motivated. In information, I haven’t felt awfully inspired or caused all week. Imparted that causing and inducing others is my infatuation and it’s what I do every day, you’d speculate my business was over. You’d conceive maybe I have no more positivity left in me.

Even the most inspirational parties in the world have eras when nothing happens.
I recently watched Gary Vaynerchuk give advice to a young girl. The adolescent said 😛 TAGEND
” Gary, my girlfriend is broken with me and a relative was dying. The last-place 2 weeks is hell .”
Gary took a few deep gulps and you time knew he was going to say something epic- and he did.
He said to the boy” Two weeks of lows doesn’t define the rest of their own lives .”
We’re all entitled to be down for a little bit.
What I learned from Gary is that we are all going to have periods during our life where good-for-nothing puts.
In the last few weeks, I’ve missed various great career opportunities, got a lot of abandonment, discovered a slump in shares/ likes on some social media scaffolds, and had some personal challenges.
All of this is normal.
What’s not regular is what you participate in online.
That’s the real point here.
What is normal has been marred by all the self-help, success talk that happens online 24/7.
We’re being besieged by it and we think we have to be caused 100% of the time.
If we have a date when we’re not caused, we think something is wrong.
On my occasion, demonstrated my profession, it’s even more difficult.
There’s this stigma that I have to be some perfect human being to do what I do. That’s BS.
It’s normal for anyone you admire and even your protagonists to have low-grade qualities or long periods of good-for-nothing- that’s the actual standard.
The spotlight spool you watch online of the people you follow is what’s not ordinary.
No one lives life like how we verify people living online.
The cameras are only with these parties of influence some of the time.
What you didn’t see was them taking a drop or having proof with their partner.
All you witnessed was a highly edited success spool of what the hell is missed you to see so they are likely to send you to a disembark sheet, been put forward a payment wall, and monetize you.
That’s what being caused 100% of the time told them to do.
You can’t accuse them entirely.
What the internet really is necessary is more of the truth.
That is, more people talking about what goes wrong, more beings documenting what’s really happening.
In simple terms, the internet necessitates less perceived purity and success, and more of what’s real like displeasure, f* ck ups and challenges.
Not being motivated is where it all happens.
The opposite of what we’re led to believe is true.
It’s during the moments of zero inspiration, bugger all motive, and low-toned parts that we discover who we are.
It’s in our weakest minutes that our strong, resilience, and mettle are built.
What I’ve learned during my recent low-toned times is that if I can handle this sh* t, then I can administer anything.
” Motivation comes from munching turd for dinner every day of the week and still persisting with your goals”
I’m writing these texts today and not really feeling like it. It’s the skill of doing even through the tough times that allows me to have a 60 -second highlight reel on social media that acquires me look like a freaking idol that starts viral all over the internet hourly.
My success highlight reel looks very impressive and it announces splendidly during one of the lectures I grant. In job interviews, it certainly helps. When I pitch for business, it gives me credibility.
Our success highlights spools search freaking extraordinary but it’s 0.99% of the actual story.
If humans are motivated by storytelling, then let’s start telling the real story.
We’re not f* cking motivated 100% of the time so let’s stop feign the administration is.
Mirths to the moments when we feel like grease and keep going.
Then everything changes.
What do I represent? This week I have no motive but I once sense that next week is mold up to be a big one.
I find out about a number of life-changing possibilities.
Knowing I could get through a tough week and be cool to keep inspiring “ve been given” hope.
That hope translates into strength.
Next week could be a disaster and these so-called life-changing possibilities could all amount to a hammock of junk and broken dreams.
But because I survived the tough times I know I can outdo during times when I plateau, go backward or even suffer big growth.
” It only takes one moment for everything to change and before you know it you’re 100 steps ahead of where you thought you’d be”
Quit video games.
The game of limitless success.
The rat race is showing how excellent you are.
Show up with the very best soul.
If that best self is 1% caused or 100% motivated it doesn’t matter.
The actuality you showed up and been through the quicksand of life is all that counts.
Sometimes that clash will look like earning an Oscar and other hours that contend will look like pissing your pants.
Take a step back and ascertain the bigger picture.
No one (including me) needs to or is, caused 100% of the time.
You don’t need to be either.

On paper, your goals seem like a must. You wanted to go successful business, you want to induce others, “you’re trying to” get on the stagecoach and wow the gathering or you might even want to write a New York Times Best Selling Book.

Most of us do none of this.
We prepare our aims like the ones mentioned and then consistently fall short.
Then there are the outliers who do achieving the above-mentioned impudent goals.
An example of an outlier I learned last week was a maid listed Michaela Alexis.
Like me, she’s paralyzed with the anxiety of public speaking.
What provoked me was that recently she spoke in front of thousands of people.
The last-place hour she tried this, she failed naughtily and forgot what she was going to say.
The pronunciation she granted was mainly a soap of F ups and a tremendous ability of fear.
As Michaela faced the stage again, with Gary Vaynerchuk speaking after her, she was crippled by her nervousness.
Despite her dread, she went out on the stage and generated her talk to thousands of people.
She even filmed how excitable she was before the affair.
You can tell that as simple as she made it appears, and behind the scenes presented the truth: she was scared out of her imagination and full of fear.
On the day of her talk, she practically stayed in the plot and didn’t achieve her most important goal of growing great at public speaking.
The choice is ours.
“We can either stay in couch where it’s cozy, heated and there are no pundits to adjudicate us, or we can face the world and push beyond our restraints”
Each of us has this same alternative and most of us draw the inaccurate one or we tell ourselves” I’ll start tomorrow .”
Tomorrow never comes. We deter dreaming about our goals but we rarely try to execute on them.
Now I’m not saying we ever obstruct from these big-hearted scary goals, but what I’ve suffered is we don’t execute on our goals enough.
Doing something like public speaking once a year or twice a year won’t crank up the phone “‘ve had enough of” your results.

Michaela has shown that the fastest road to achieving our large-hearted aims is to be relentless.
She’s done that by going on stagecoach several times in a short period.
Most of all, it takes courage.
” You stay in your warm bottom and never execute because you shortfall fortitude”
We’re not born with firmnes though. We develop it.

Courage is a musclethat must be exercised every week.
Doing the reps somewhat lower than a weekly commitment will see your perception, and ultimately your goals, become too far into the length.
To stay on the right trail, you’ve got to gain leverage on yourself.
What I’ve learned is that courage is really nothing more than doing the smaller tasks that form part of your goals.
In other commands, daring is taking action without being attached to the result.
The moment you center extremely hard on research results you’re trying to achieve, you get lost in your own thinkings.

Gaining leverage on yourself and having spirit begins with scheduling tasks in your calendar.
Formerly something is locked in your schedule, you gain leverage on yourself.
None of us want to let others down and by putting thoughts in your calendar, you make time for being indomitable.
The good news is you can always withdraw to your bottom if on the day of taking any steps you can’t proceed.
What I’ve encountered though is that you won’t.
Once it’s locked in, there’s a very good chance you’re going to execute.
Having things in your diary helps to activate your auto-pilot procedure.
The minute you can use autopilot procedure when you require daring is when your events start to change.
Rising up to the challenge.
After moments of gallantry, the progress you see towards your goals will make it all worth noting.
Determining Michaela Alexis witness this firsthand, and sharing it on LinkedIn after her lecture last week, established that extremely theory sink in.
The discrepancies between staying in berthed – your metaphorical ease area- and vanquishing your goals is rising up to the challenge in front of you.
It’s looking the audience in the eye and telling them you got this.
You were born to do this!

All of us get to face these challenges and many of us opt-out.
Rising up is about procuring the obscured heroism within yourself to take action when logically it doesn’t make sense.
It’s about employing the nerves you’re feeling to your advantage.
It’s about taking your sorrows and turning them into weapons of mass destruction.
Final Thought.
Seeing Michaela Alexis appear physically sick, uneasy, dreaded and like she was about to die learnt me so much.
It’s not often that we get to lift the cover on someone like her who has so much affect, to realize what actual fearlessnes looks a lot like.
The ‘behind to the scenes’ look at all the people you revere will show various affinities to Michaela.
Everything glances easy on video and what you don’t see is the spirit that success makes.

I have an opportunity right now to do something that will propel my life and vocation to a whole new statu. It will take me from behind the keyboard and into the spotlight of critics , beings with a good deal of supremacy, parties I revere and the masses.
It’s a dangerous crossroads in a lot of ways. There’s a lot that could go wrong. Normally I am full of notion, but in the last few days, I’ve had my doubts.
Maybe I shouldn’t aim so high so fast. Perhaps I will get confused from what I genuinely adoration doing. Perhaps I don’t have the skills just yet.
What you’re listening here is the expectations of a asset rule, off the rack, pink brain that was designed hundreds of years ago for a different purpose.
None of these envisages are valid unless I accept they are.
Seeing what you are capable of growing requires a few key gradations. Then becoming it is the hardest part.
Here’s how to realise what you can become and then actually become it:
Believe first.
” “Thats just not” gospel talk. I didn’t gather this one out of the sheets of a hymn journal. Until “youre seeing” what you are able to become , no one else can see it”
There’s an element of visualization required here. Request yourself the issues to” What if there were no roadblocks and I could achieve anything ?”
I crave “youve got to” assume this is true. To appreciate what you are able to become you must see it first without hurdles, negative thinking and outside opinions.
Once you can see what you can become, you then have to start belief . That requires you to see a positive outcome and have the mettle to dare to do something phenomenal.
Believing first requires a degree of foolishnes. In a way, I suppose you are neglecting logic. You are being somewhat irrational and not exploiting horse sense. You’re expending belief to ascertain a future edition of yourself that achieves something meaningful to you, and to those who are inspired by your work.
Originated it really big.
The next stair is to dream really big. Our brain often restricts the americans and forces us to focus on what we’ve done in the past as the basis for what we can become in the future.
The stupid act is that past reactions don’t undoubtedly predict the future. If that were true, we’d all bet on the stock market based on what has happened before and we’d be millionaires sipping mojitos off the bar of our indulgence yachts.
Making your dream really big is an skill. Your imagination that has been mostly switched off since you were a child and the creativity that has been sucked out of you by civilization needs to be reignited for the daydream component of your imagination to be turned on again and lit on fire baby!
If you strive truly high-pitched and think you can deliver a speech in front of 50, 000 beings and then you fall short and deliver an enliven speech in front of 2000 people, have you really disappointed?
The obvious reaction is no. At least you got out of your warm plot and made a chance. Maybe there were a lot of sits drain but you at least influenced one person in a positive way.
” Demonstrating it a shot is half the game of life”
Undo from research results.
Being fixated on research results stops you from ever taking the first step. I’ve been so focused in the last week for purposes of determining whether I can deliver and whether I have its own experience to do something audaciously big that I didn’t take action.
I was blindsided by anxiety even though I know fear better than my own body.
Fear has been the thing that roughly ruined my life and avoided me from typing these unusually commands. In some channels, it’s because I can smell the perfume of panic and see it a couple miles out with my Superman attentions, that I’m able to see what’s really going on , is not merely in “peoples lives”, but the lives of others.
Never opening it a know is a far bigger flop than trying something and not supplanting. Not taking a chance and not gambling everything there is for the person you’ve always wanted to become is something you’ll dejection for the rest of your life.
Right up until the day of your death you’ll miss not knowing what could have happened if you accompanied what you were capable off, took a moon-shot opening and grew that person.
” Regret is far worse than omission is to be able to be”
Be okay with not knowing a blaze of a lot.
Part of the clash of construing what you can become and then growing it is that there is a lot you won’t know. The person I want to become in the coming weeks and months, and job opportunities I’m scared to say yes to has a lot to do with the core matter: I have no idea whether I can deliver on my promise.
I have no clue if I am this person that beings envisage I am on the internet. Do I certainly inspire parties? Or do I get inspired by other people and use that as gasoline to pass it on?
We’ll never know the answers to these questions. We all have doubts and segments to the perplex of life that we can’t figure out.
In the end, there’s only a few stern truths 😛 TAGEND
– You must say yes to large-scale opportunities
– You must not overthink every decision
– You must not try to have all the answers
– You must not incessantly play out every situation in your premier thus draining your energy
All you can do is have guts, believes in yourself, have the gallantry and grow who you’re truly capable of becoming through relentless action.

A month ago, I received an email titled “I am giving up” from a young woman. She was an aspiring life coach and had a huge money problem she was dealing with.
The young lady tried everything to get out of the situation and was even prepared to sleep in her car. There was one problem though: she had a daughter.
Things got so bad that she was even considering becoming a stripper to make some money fast but it was eating away at her on the inside because this very idea went against her ethics and values.
She felt she could never be a life coach again if she became a stripper, because the thought of helping other women after she had put her ass in lots of guys’ faces (this is what she actually said) was far too painful for her.
Becoming a stripper to fix her money problem would simultaneously kill her dream of becoming a life coach.
After she told me this story, she wanted my advice. ‘What should I do Tim?” she said to me in the email.
I really wanted to help her.
I gave her this advice even though it sounds brutal and somewhat harsh:
I told her “Sometimes We Have To Eat Garbage For A While Before We Can Rise Up Again.”
Here’s how to eat garbage for a while so that you can rise up again:
Take a job you may not love.
Life is not all rainbows and butterflies (forgot who said that but it’s true). There will be times when your life goes off track and you could lose your job, all your money or even your partner. It’s messed up and we all go through it.
The answer is not to go against all of your values, so you feel even more worthless. The advice I gave though goes against every self-help book and motivational quote you’ve ever read including #LoveYourWork
If you fall down, sometimes you have to eat garbage for a while and if it’s a financial crisis, then that could mean doing a job or work you hate.
When my business dreams collapsed in 2011, I took a call center job that I hated with every bone in my body. I took the job because it rebuilt my confidence and taught me how to sell again.
I learned how the big bad corporate world worked and I became incredibly disciplined. I even learned how to love a woman again which sounds corny, but it’s true.
I ate the worst kind of garbage you could possibly eat and I tried to enjoy every moment of it. I then saved up enough money to attend a Tony Robbins event and that was the catalyst for my transformation.
Superman didn’t come and save me as you see in the movies. I had to save myself and that involved doing something I didn’t like. There are more lessons in the stuff you hate than you may realize. Embrace it.
Work on a side hustle at the same time.
The first point is horribly wrong unless you couple it with a side hustle. Eating garbage and having no way out of it is putting yourself through unnecessary torture that you may not recover from.
The rope marks could scar you for life without a side hustle.
My side hustle started out as personal development which eventually led me to begin blogging. Without this side hustle, the time where I had to eat garbage would have been unbearable.
Every day while I worked a job I hated, I looked forward to the small amounts of spare time I had so that I could work on my side hustle. In the first week of this difficult job, I outsold the other staff and hit 200% of my sales target.
“I achieved 200% of my sales target because I was determined to outperform so I could gain the privileges that came with it — more time and more freedom”
Instead of being micromanaged, I got the chance to watch Ted Talks with my people leader and strategize about the future of the business.
The side hustle then became much bigger later on and now it fuels everything I do. I’m obsessed with everyone finding a side hustle, so they have something to motivate them at least some of the time.
Eating garbage is where GRIT is built.
I never used to have an “anything is possible” mindset. The grit I have was built from having to eat garbage for a while.
“I knew that if I could make it through the muddy waters of not following my passion, I could do anything”
The harsh part of life taught me how to fend for myself and overcome my own demons, so I could rise up again out of the ashes. Grit does not come from your comfort zone.
Grit is found in the biggest and boldest of challenges where you have to use every ounce of your strength to come out alive.
The young woman that emailed me is working on developing the same personality trait. This work is what will make her an exceptional life coach.
You’ve gotta do what you’ve gotta do.
Eating garbage is short-term and if you have a financial problem or something that just won’t go away, you’ve got to tackle it head-on. Complaining about your situation and telling yourself the odds are stacked against you won’t help.
When you see eating garbage as short-term, you develop the mindset that will help you break through.
There’s no magic cure.
I told the young lady that emailed me to eat garbage for a while (I was nicer than that, don’t worry) and do what she has to do to earn some money (without breaking her values). This battle is short-term and that’s how we all have to see it.
Think about a situation that is worse than yours.
Speaking of eating garbage, one of my mentors reached out to me and told me they had been demoted. They no longer had people underneath them and they were forced into something they didn’t love as much.
I told my mentor the same thing: we all have to eat garbage sometimes.
That advice was then followed up with my story of going from business owner to a call center operator. I then told him the story of a mutual friend who had gone from a high-flying job to a nobody that was ignored.
He put up with that for three years and then eventually someone saw what I saw in him, and he was given a very senior role in another company.
Your situation may suck big time but getting some perspective and hearing about others who’ve had to eat garbage is a refreshing way (refreshing and brown stuff in the same sentence?) to overcome the negativity you’ll experience.
Understand that no one stays at the top of anything forever.
You could be the richest person in the world today. Eventually, you’ll be knocked off the top spot.
You could be the fastest 100m sprinter in the world. Tomorrow, or eventually, someone will be faster than you. The simple fact is that no one is permanently at the top of their game.
“All of us will fall from grace at some point”
What I’ve learned is that falling from grace and eating garbage for a while is how you rise up again. You can’t rise up if you haven’t fallen down before.
The deep, dark problem you think you’re facing will pass- it always does eventually. This is not the time to make a dumb decision, ask for sympathy or complain.
It’s time to eat garbage for a while and put in the work. Earn the right to get what you want by starting again at the bottom. That’s how you rise up again.
On paper, your goals seem like a must. You want that successful business, you want to inspire others, you want to get on stage and wow the audience or you might even want to write a New York Times Best Selling Book.
Most of us do none of this. We set our goals like the ones mentioned and then consistently fall short.
Then there are the outliers who do achieve these audacious goals.
An example of an outlier I learned last week was a lady named Michaela Alexis. Like me, she’s crippled with a fear of public speaking. What inspired me was that recently she spoke in front of thousands of people.
The last time she tried this, she failed badly and forgot what she was going to say. The speech she gave was mostly a wash of F ups and an overwhelming sense of fear.
As Michaela faced the stage again, with Gary Vaynerchuk speaking after her, she was crippled by her fear. Despite her fear she went out on the stage and gave her talk to thousands of people.
She even filmed how nervous she was before the event. You can tell that as easy as she made it look, the behind-the-scenes showed the truth: she was scared out of her mind and full of fear.
On the day of her talk, she nearly stayed in bed and didn’t achieve her primary goal of becoming great at public speaking.
The choice is ours.
“We can either stay in bed where it’s comfortable, warm and there are no critics to judge us, or we can face the world and push beyond our limits”
Each of us has this same choice and most of us make the wrong one or we tell ourselves “I’ll start tomorrow.”
Tomorrow never comes. We keep dreaming about our goals but we rarely try to execute them. Now I’m not saying we always hide from these big scary goals, but what I’ve experienced is we don’t execute on our goals enough.
Doing something like public speaking once a year or twice a year won’t crank up the dial enough on your results.
Michaela has shown that the fastest way to achieve our big goals is to be relentless. She’s done that by going on stage several times in a short period.
Most of all, it takes courage.
“You stay in your warm bed and never execute because you lack courage”
We’re not born with courage though. We develop it.

Courage is a muscle that must be exercised every week. Doing the reps any less than a weekly commitment will see your vision, and ultimately your goals, become too far into the distance. To stay on the right track, you’ve got to gain leverage on yourself.
What I’ve learned is that courage is really nothing more than doing the small tasks that form part of your goals. In other words, courage is taking action without being attached to the result.
The moment you focus too hard on the result you’re trying to achieve, you get lost in your own thoughts. Gaining leverage on yourself and having courage starts with scheduling tasks in your calendar. Once something is locked in your calendar, you gain leverage over yourself.
None of us want to let others down and by putting things in your calendar, you make time for being courageous. The good news is you can always retreat to your bed if on the day of taking action you can’t proceed.
What I’ve found though is that you won’t. Once it’s locked in, there’s a very good chance you’re going to execute. Having things in your diary helps to activate your auto-pilot mode. The moment you can use autopilot mode when you require courage is when your circumstances start to change.
Rising up to the challenge.
After moments of courage, the progress you see towards your goals will make it all worth it. Seeing Michaela Alexis witness this firsthand, and sharing it on LinkedIn after her speech last week, made that very idea sink in.
The difference between staying in bed – your metaphorical comfort zone – and crushing your goals is rising up to the challenge in front of you. It’s looking the audience in the eye and telling them you got this. You were born to do this!
All of us get to face these challenges and many of us opt-out. Rising up is about finding the hidden courage within yourself to take action when logically it doesn’t make sense.
It’s about using the nerves you’re feeling towards your advantage. It’s about taking your adversities and turning them into weapons of mass destruction.
Final Thought.
Seeing Michaela Alexis look physically sick, nervous, fearful and like she was about to die taught me so much. It’s not often that we get to lift the cover on someone like her who has so much influence, to see what actual courage looks like. The behind the scenes look at all the people you admire will show several similarities to Michaela.
Everything looks easy on video and what you don’t see is the courage that success takes. Each of us is burdened with our own flavor of challenges and overcoming them using courage is how we rise up, get what we want, and cross off those goals that give meaning to our lives.
Purpose, vision, entrepreneurship, personal development and anything else you can think of means nothing unless you have the courage to execute.
You can hide in the comfort of your bed or get out there and dance in front of dragons while the tree’s around you burn bright, and your mind is silenced from all the overthinking.
The choice is yours.
Will you choose courage or comfort?
