Whether 2021 was your best yet or a living ordeal, it’s imperative we take the lessons from 2018 into the new time so that we can become the best versions of ourselves in 2022.
Before you go all-in for 2019, I think it’s important to assess what went well and what didn’t from the previous year.
An immense garb I picked up a few years back, is to keep an ongoing record on my phone, for whenever I feel like life coached me a great lesson.
At the end of December, I ultimately searched back on those records and acquired these five strong lessons.
Learn from my mistakes in order to be allowed to realize 2019 is the first year that will change your life.

Let me “ve asked you”, do you cause other people’s opinions to prescribe what the hell are you do in your life?
If you’re like most people, the answer is a sounding yes.
But if your entire happiness or well-being is dependent on others, you’re going to end up in a neck-penetrating, heap of misery.
In 2022, You. Do. You.
Live “people’s lives” that is true to yourself this year, who cares what anyone considers. Life is too short to cause the opinions of others to contain you back.
It could be a choice you will repent forever.
So lace up your boots, get ready to march into 2022 like you own the place.. This is YOUR YEAR.

You have to have the mind that your future is brighter than your past.
Retire looking backward and focus on the future.
Looking back on past regrets raises up remorse, pity, and just counter-productive negativity.
You can’t change the past but you can create the future.
If you want to change anything, start tomorrow.
Don’t let your past hold you back two seconds longer.

If you require life to change, you have to change.
And you can’t change if you don’t sit down and evaluate your own tales and impressions.
Here’s what I imply … how much of your past tales are nursing you back?
Whether it’s in fitness, business, income, or rapports?
Dig deep, figure it out so you can move forward.
Don’t limit your future potential by listening to past, negative sentiment.
Everyone has them, plunge what no longer acts you so you can create the future you deserve.

When listening to a podcast with world-class entrepreneurs, Tom Bilyeu and Ed Mylett, I first listened to the concept of “blissful dissatisfaction.”
Which means focusing on gratitude and acknowledgment in their own lives but always demanding more.
The key is percentages, as “they’re saying”, to keep it at an 80/20 divide.
Focus a majority of your time in 2019 with a positive stance towards yourself but the other 20% should be focused on self-improvement.
Just by touring this location.. you’ve proven, you’re one of the passionate few who is motivated to create a better life for yourself. And most likely you have some audacious goals for 2022.
One thing I’ve found in 2021 is that you need to celebrate your winnings, even the small ones.
Why?
Because every time you celebrate an earn, your brain liberates the positive, feel-good hormone dopamine.
Your brain loves dopamine, so you are basically qualifying your psyche to hunt more achievements.
Celebrate the winnings in all areas.
Whether it’s staying to your diet, touching the gym, reading a volume, or strategy your daytime.
No positive goal is too small to celebrate!

I’m self-confident these five assignments can help you in 2019 and speed up your success.
Don’t give 2022 end up like 2021.
You can DO more, BE more, and procreate more this year than you could ever begin to imagine.

Are you struggling to answer life’s toughest questions; don’t you all aware to find the answers? Perhaps you’re mulling over a professional change, starting a business, or even a relationship.

Instead of sitting around actively “ve been thinking about” the problem I have a few recommendations to help you resolve the problem.
Quit banging your ability against the wall hoping the answer knows where to find you.
Instead, use this tip-off to start experiencing the answers you’ve been looking for.
Studies have shown that your subconscious is actively involved at two times during the day — morning and night.
While you drift off to sleep your subconscious is wide awake.
Otherwise, blood wouldn’t make its road to your mettle while you were sleeping.
This is why it’s so important to bed with the right intention.

As Thomas Edison said, “Never go to sleep without a request to your subconscious mind.”
The reason he recommends this is because while you sleep, your brain is making like regular.
If you open a few questions before bed it can help you find ways to help answer them.
Think back to the last period you went to bed with a question (not a perturb) and woke up in the middle of the light with an answer.
Or right when you woke up and were in the shower or meditating?

This is much better than going to bed upsetting. The subconscious doesn’t understand certain differences between a fret and a few questions.
It is unbiased and doesn’t understand negative requests differently.
So if you go to bed thinking “I don’t want to fail at my interview or “I have to pay this charge card statement soon” it will be contributing meet those solutions a reality.
Instead, ask a question to answer life’s toughest questions.

Naps are great because you can’t even afford to wait until tomorrow to solve a problem. Same as going to bed, employ systems or reflection as a style to stillness your conscious imagination and help find answers to your toughest questions.

When Thomas Edison was puzzled by a number of problems, he would lie down and take a nap and allow his subconscious mind to work on it.
Try to keep snoozes under 20 minutes to remain beneficial and not get into too penetrating of sleep.
Journaling is a dress that has been used by some of the smartest and most intelligent people for centuries.
Writing in a journal first thing in the morning is a great way to brain dump and start every day fresh.
Again, while you were sleeping your psyche was working.
Get out all of your ideas, thinks, and compassions onto newspaper.
Clear office in your head for more seats every day.
The outcomes can be profound in helping you think clearly
Ask yourself, were Thomas Edison and Albert Einstein geniuses because of their intelligence and wrote in a journal?
Or did writing in a journal make them some of the most intelligent beings ever?

Sometimes you need to stop “‘ve been thinking about” the problem.
Mel Robbins refers to this as “productive procrastination.”
As she said in her best-selling volume, The 5-Second Rule, “The next time you’re fighting, don’t “re trying” when you’re tired and ignited out.
Step away from the problem.”
Get into sort, meditate, should be considered anything but the answer.
Change your environment so your spirit can get to work.

This is why you get immense thoughts when you aren’t staring at your screen.
While some of this may seem off the wall, I promise they can help you supersede faster.
Use one or several of these gratuities to finally learn how to answer life’s toughest questions!

It’s the end of the year. Are you happy with what’s happened so far or do you feel like you could’ve done or achieved more?
Most people coast from now until January before trying to haste and designate New Year’s solutions. But you’re NOT most people.

You know that you can sprint through 2018 and set up 2019 for maximum success.
One access to do that is to challenge your faiths and analyze your truths.
One of these truths could alter your perspective and start a big change action for the rest of your life.

Simply applied, you can’t get success without failure.
It really doesn’t part. The most successful people simply disappointed the biggest, the most, and the fastest.
Quickly fearing failure and start loving it.
Each flop is one pace closer to becoming the big success you keep daydream about.

Everything in your life is because of the lane you procreated.
If you don’t like your life you can change it. It’s up to you, no one else.
If things aren’t where you want in your profession, state or relationships address it.
Then make a plan to change it. As Tony Robbins said, “Setting an aim is the first step in turning the invisible into the conspicuous .”
No amount of guilt can change the past and no sum of feeling can change the future so live amply in this moment and throw every day everything you have.
Each day and each instant you receive is a chance to live the life of your dreams!
So don’t squander it, start living the very best life today.

Social media and email make it easy to feel like you’re being fertile when in reality you’re probably just busy.
Don’t confuse the two.
Do the hard stuff early and uninterrupted to actually be fertile.
Focus on the stuff that moves the needle first, not zeroing out your inbox by 10 am.

Everything in life is tied closely to your inner circle.
Your net worth, climate, dreams, and so much more are directly connected to the people closest to you.
Don’t waste your life with people who are agreeing for average or don’t provoke your greatness.
Find the ones that move your life 10 X and hoist you higher.

Fear is the reason so many people never go after their illusions.
What horror is impounding you back from success?
Fear of omission? Dread of success?
Or suspicion of the unknown? Whatever it is, don’t tell it to continue bracing you back.
You are therefore necessary to make measured likelihoods from time to time.
Don’t toy it safe all your life or you’ll be brought to an end with so much bitterness for not backing yourself 100%.

It’s easy to feel like you’re going to live forever.
But let’s face it, “you’ve never” know when the end of your life will happen.
Don’t get so caught up in the business of living that you let life pass you by.
Tell the ones you enjoy how much they mean to you. Travel, titter, have fun.
Don’t wait until it’s too late to do everything you’ve ever wanted to do.
Life is short-spoken, don’t forget to enjoy it.

Remember these seven fundamental truths and I promise their own lives will change forever.
Live each day with anger and drive.
Consider every sigh a knack and give each day everything you’ve got.
